A CULTURAL SHIFT

SCRIPTURE:

There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. (Proverbs 14:12)

DEVOTIONAL:

There was a time when movies and television programs were not allowed to show certain things that were considered inappropriate to watch, but a shift in the culture changed all that and laws have been passed to make it legal and seem right. This week’s scripture tells us, “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death”

In the beginning Adam was to “…Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth…” spreading the culture or quality of the garden of Eden throughout the whole Earth. Adam and Eve fell into sin, lost their relationship with God their Father, and began to create another culture outside of God.

Jesus came to reintroduce the kingdom and put us back on track with Adam’s original assignment. The Church, as an institution, will be recognized as the most gifted and revered in

the world. God is beautifying the Church in this hour and every work of the wicked one is being

destroyed and dismantled.

PRAYER:

Dear God, thank you that through Jesus we are not bound to the world’s ways and limitations, but we are part of Your Church and we walk according to Your kingdom ways. I praise You for destroying and dismantling every work of satan that has come against my loved ones and me. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
