Place a Demand on Your Potential

SCRIPTURE:

and hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: (Ephesians 2:6)

DEVOTIONAL:

Stop thinking you’re just somebody stumbling through the earth, “trying to make heaven your home.” The Bible says you’re already seated in heaven, in heavenly places (see Ephesians 2:6). You’re walking in your body in the earth and you’re seated with Christ in your spirit in heaven. You’re in both places at the same time.

You start getting this revelation and you will leave all the petty jealousies and all the strife that has hung people up behind you. You’ll set your affections on things above. Having a billion dollars to you won’t be any different from having one hundred dollars because the true riches are in the anointing.

God is speaking to you right now. He’s saying, “Ok, get out of the boat, place a demand on that anointing! Let’s make that potential come out.” It’s time to expose who you really are and who He really is.

PRAYER:

Dear God, I receive the revelation from Your Word that I am not only living on the earth in my physical body, but I am also seated with Jesus in heaven. Thank you that You’ve placed potential in me to do great things for You while I am in this earthly body. I make a demand on Your anointing now to release my potential for Your glory. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
