LEADERSHIP BEGINS WITH VISION

SCRIPTURE:

When there is no clear prophetic vision, people quickly wander astray. But when you follow the revelation of the word, heaven’s bliss fills your soul. (Proverbs 29:18 TPT)

DEVOTIONAL:

Every human being was created to lead in the area of their gift and to fulfill a specific purpose and assignment in their lifetime. Their assignment is directly related to their area of leadership, and every leader must be developed. Leadership is not exclusive or reserved for some special group.

The leadership spirit is a natural desire of all mankind, and every person has the “instinct” for leadership and the potential to lead. The problem is that most have not been in the calling or area they are designed to lead, or they have not cultivated their leadership or have had their leadership ability developed. The result is that they have settled for the role of lifelong followers.

Leadership in any sphere of influence begins with vision. Vision is a snapshot of your future or a picture of circumstances that do not presently exist. It is a strong mental image of something

beyond what you can see right now. Vision is something that every leader needs to be successful.

We were all created to be leaders and will lead at some point in our lives. Are you ready to receive the vision of the leadership role God has for you?
